1) Purchase of the pack

• Choose your event and buy the pack you want: Basic / Performance / Ultra .
• For the purchase, we only ask for the basics:
  
  Name and surname
  Email
  

You don't need to send us any more information.

At the event we identify you with your race number (provided to us by the federation) , and with that we know exactly who you are and what equipment is yours.

2) The day of the event

• Our team records and photographs during the competition.
• Your race number will associate you with:
  
  Your photos
  Your videos
  Your content according to the package you purchased
  

Important: at many events we take photos of everyone, but it depends on the number of athletes.

That's why we recommend booking in advance : it guarantees priority and ensures your content is covered no matter what.

3) Backstage Content

If you have purchased the Backstage Content plugin, you will have access to a fixed point in backstage:

• We set up a spot (marked area) to do:
  
  Backstage photos
  4K vertical video of a routine (1 single clip, unedited)
  

It is not always a "study" as such.

Sometimes we can set up something like a studio and sometimes we can't (we travel with equipment, sometimes by plane, and it's not always feasible to bring a full set).

But don't worry: with good lighting and setup, the result will still be amazing.

How to use it

• You can come by whenever you want , it's open all day.
• Recommendation: right after competing , because:
  
  You're at your physical peak
  You can leave with medals/trophies
  
  
• If you then win a medal or want to repeat: you can go back without any problem.
• You can come with family, friends or companions and take photos with them.

4) Content Delivery

• We will deliver the content corresponding to your pack/plugin after the event .
• If you have purchased Fast Delivery , you will receive a quick selection as indicated in that add-on.
